The Burger Bar got its start in 1942 and not much has changed here since. From the outside, this restaurant is easily recognizable from its giant neon signage and red awning. On the inside, you'll find even more nostalgia from old photographs to vintage tile floors and leather bar stools.

Over the 80 years it's been open, Burger Bar has seen customers from near and far and one of the things about an old-school place like this is you're treated like family from the second you walk in.

The menu features a wide variety of burgers and each is named after a country song. Some of the most popular include the "Move It On Over" which comes topped with BBQ sauce, onions, and cheese and the "I Can't Help It" which is a more classic burger topped with bacon and cheese.

There are also a few inventive burger specialties here that are pretty hard to resist like the bruschetta burger and the mac and cheese burger which comes topped with you guessed it, a creamy slather of mac and cheese pasta.
