The only egregious and onerous subject is that people think they can change their birth genders. An XY chromosome will ALWAYS be an XY chromosome. Similarly XX chromosomes. It doesn’t matter what you cut off or add on, gender is meant to be permanent, regardless of whether a generation that has lost its common sense says so.
