Luzerne Merchants plan Fall Pumpkin Festival

The Luzerne Merchants Association will hold the 26th annual Luzerne Fall Pumpkin Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.

The festival will be held on Main Street in Luzerne and will include bounce houses, food trucks and more than 100 vendors.

DJ EFX will provide music from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Joan Harris Dance Centre will entertain from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the Lance Thomas Band will perform from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.. in the bank lot at 118 Main St., Luzerne.

Live wood carving, free pumpkin decorating for the children and street games will add to the festivities.

Entry to this event is free and open to the public.
