Jets Dominate Joint Practice Against Giants

Joint practices are always difficult to determine winners and losers overall. Especially from a team like the New York Jets who are supposed to be better than most other rosters around the NFL.

They weren't so difficult for the Jets on Wednesday afternoon.

Against the New York Giants in Florham Park, the Jets dominated their cross-town rivals on both sides of the ball - en route to a dominating day that left several members of the team talking trash afterward.

Whether it was Aaron Rodgers throwing touchdown passes to his deep core of receivers, the defense keeping everything in front of them, or even their offensive line putting in work against a formidable group, the Jets showed exactly why they are considered one of the top teams in football going into the new league year.

Wednesday is the kind of joint practice that sparks one team's confidence but may draw concern for the other.

In the case of the Giants, New York's hopes were already pretty thin overall, but it was made even further by the realization that their cross-town rivals were so much better than him over the days of practice.
