Where there's 23 doing it, there's thousands more doing the same thing. This isn't the first time people have been caught doing this and I'm sure it won't be the last. So many very crooked COs that assist in making these things happen for years without anyone knowing and so many that bring in their own contraband. The thousands of dollars they get for successfully delivering phones and drugs is usually what catches the attention of many people. It's all "fun n games".... until you get caught!! Also!!! Whyyyy tf do they have a possibility of LIFE in prison for dropping off some drugs, when there are murderers and r@p!$+, etc. that don't even get life and that's much worse of a crime!
