One of best parts of watching the 2024 Paris Olympics was seeing the camaraderie between competitors, in particular, during the gymnastics meets. While Stephen Nedoroscik was the only member of Team USA to qualify for an individual event, all of his teammates were at the Bercy Arena to cheer for him while he won bronze on the pommel horse.

The women's national gymnastics team showed each other the same kind of love. Not only did Sunisa "Suni" Lee and her teammates cheer for each other, they also applauded competitors who defeated them from other countries.

Therefore, when "Dancing With the Stars" officially announced that Nedoroscik was joining season 33 of the show, which also meant the "Pommel Horse Guy" was exiting the U.S. gymnasts' "Gold Over America Tour," Lee's reaction was no surprise.

Lee wrote on the reality competition series' post on Instagram, "OMG STEPHENNNN."

While Nedoroscik will be missed on the "Gold Over America Tour," Lee, who competed on season 30 of "DWTS," knows that joining the popular reality competition series is an incredible opportunity.

Even though Lee placed fifth on the series, she gushed over the experience. “I think I’m just gaining so much self-confidence in myself,” Lee said after she was eliminated, “allowing myself to have fun.”

Lee joined "DWTS" after winning the individual all-around gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In Paris, she won gold with Team USA, bronze in the all-around, and bronze on the uneven bars.

While the 21-year-old admitted that going last in the rotation during the individual Uneven Bars Final was "a lot hard harder" and "definitely put the pressure on," she couldn't help but give the other women their flowers.

"I’m not even going to miss these routines, because they’re so good," the six-time Olympics medalist said. "So that that’s why I was like, 'I have to watch them because it’s not the same when you watch it on the replay.' So I just wanted to see, and I was just so happy because all the girls deserve it."
