Indeed's week-long celebration will include Oktoberfest, THC fest, & more

It's Party Fest time.

Indeed Brewing will host a five-day celebration called Party Fest featuring a different festival each night, dubbed a "celebration of celebrations."

It begins Sept. 11 with Indeed We Can Fest, a celebration of the brewery's charitable giving program featuring 12 partner organizations. That's followed by Oktoberfest on Sept. 12, a THC-themed party on Sept. 13, Francis Fest on Sept. 14, and Family Fest on Sunday, Sept. 15.

Oktoberfest will feature long-lagered beers served in oversized vessels and a stein-holding competition. Chef Thomas Boemer of Revival — whose spin-off, Thunder Chicken , is the truck in residence at Indeed — will roast a whole pig sauerbraten-style for the occasion.

The THC fest will have performances from DJs Buster Baxter and Blue Funk, as well as a stand-up comedy show and a bevy of snacks.

Francis Fest is a vegan takeover of Indeed's Northeast Minneapolis taproom. Live music and vegan food are the highlights, with food provided by from Francis Burger, Donut Trap, Wrecktangle Pizza, and Revival.

The final day is set up for families to bring their kids to the taproom. They'll find Hopper's Mini Donuts, MN Nice Cream, and family-friendly activities around the lot as Indeed ends its "celebration of celebrations."
