the Whack job was NOT Aquitted....the jury was hung so the defense pick 2 of the 3 charges to stir up shit was bullshit to begin with...they know their client is GUILTY & will be found GUILTY @ the next trial....the judges 21 page decision speaks the TRUTH of what happened...the defense wanted a mistrial and stood on the courthouse steps and said the prosecution failed...now they come back with this made up bs...the appeals court will back the judge...NO CORRUPTION HERE
