Some bull people can’t go to the circle anymore and watch fireworks. It’s a public park but shut off to just the residents and their friends is bull. I know they tried stopping this 12-13 years ago and it wasn’t planned out and people got to watch them. Then all this must of happened. We have festivals off Elm street in Ludlow don’t see them shutting the street down for that. Crazy how people make these laws up
