Purchase Clif Bars over the past ten years? You may be entitled to a cash settlement.

    2024-08-24

Have you purchased Clif Bars over the past decade? If so, you may be entitle to a cash settlement. The settlement stems from allegations that Clif Bar & Company misled consumers by labeling some of it's Clif Bar products with claims that suggested the products were healthy, despite their high sugar content. Specifically, the class action lawsuit in question alleges that misleading claims such as “Nutrition for Sustained Energy," "No High Fructose Corn Syrup,” “Nourishing Kids in Motion,” “In raising our family, finding nutritious on-the-go snacks for our kids wasn't easy. That's why we created Clif Kid - wholesome, delicious snacks made with organic ingredients to help keep kids going, growing, and exploring,” “Blend of carbs, fiber, protein, and fat gives kids energy so they can keep Zipping and Zooming along” misled consumers into thinking that these products were healthier than they actually were.

The products in question are the original "Clif Bar," and "Clif Kid ZBar." If you previously purchased either or both of these products, you may be entitled to a cash settlement payout. The applicable purchase dates for the settlement period are April 19, 2014, to March 31, 2023 for residents of New York state or California, and between March 31, 2019, to March 31, 2023 for residents of any other state. Claimants need not have proof of purchase of the products, but may instead represent the quantity of products that they purchased inside the settlement period. Payouts are limited to a maximum of $50 for those with proof of purchase of the products in question, or a maximum of $15 for those without.

To file your claim, just click here. Don't delay, all claims must be submitted by November 25, 2024.

Shame on them . I’ve purchased a-whole lot & believed them. I hope they have to pay out of the wazoo. Not going to get involved as I’m ok without the cents too. They should make them pay to a shelter for People or Pets all of it so it does make a difference in people’s lives. 🤦‍♀️
