    Baltimore harbor gains ‘floating wetlands’ and a hint of its marshy past

    The real fix would be to push the buildings back from the edge of inner harbor. As buildings deteriorate remove them and don’t rebuild until you’ve got a let’s say a 1/2 mile barrier between buildings and water. This will allow for the planting of native plants and filter toxins naturally with the bio-diversity. A green barrier between the humans and water
