Paramount Plus Schedule August 26-September 1 2024: New TV Shows & Movies Being Added

Paramount Plus’ new TV and movie releases for August 26 – September 1 include the films Sasquatch Sunset and Breathe.

On August 26, Monday, Paramount Plus subscribers can watch Sasquatch Sunset, a fantasy comedy directed by David and Nathan Zellner, with David Zellner also serving as the writer. Set in North American forests shrouded in mist, the film follows a family of sasquatches on a humorous and memorable year-long journey while navigating a constantly evolving world.

The cast of Sasquatch Sunset includes Riley Keough, Jesse Eisenberg, Nathan Zellner, and Christophe Zajac-Denek.

Then, on August 28, Wednesday, Breathe will arrive on Paramount Plus. This sci-fi mystery film is directed by Stefon Bristol from a screenplay by Doug Simon. The story is set in a near future plagued by air scarcity, where a mother-daughter duo struggles for survival and encounters two strangers seeking an oxygen haven.

The cast of Breathe features Jennifer Hudson, Milla Jovovich, Quvenzhané Wallis, Common, Sam Worthington, Raul Castillo, James Saito, and Dan Martin.

Also releasing on Paramount Plus this week is Factory Girl, a biopic about Edie Sedgwick (played by Sienna Miller). It chronicles Sedgwick’s rise and fall from fame, including her relationships with artist Andy Warhol (Guy Pearce) and musician Billy Quinn (Hayden Christensen).
