Florida Shopping Centers Millenia Crossing & Lake Brandon Village Sell In Deal Worth $137.5 Million

August has been a busy month for shopping center sales. I've written about the $68.5 million sale of Lee Vista Promenade and the sale of 318 Lincoln for $13.6 million. And now two more of Florida's shopping centers - Millenia Crossing and Lake Brandon Village - were recently part of a $137.5 million sale of three shopping centers.

About Lake Brandon Village: This shopping center, one of the three involved in the sale, is 102,000 square feet and includes retailers like Sprouts, PetSmart, Scandinavian Design Furniture, and DSW. It is shadow-anchored by Lowes.

Patrons have reviewed the center over 3,900 times on Google reviews and give it 4.3 out of 5 stars. Many compliment the selections of retailers, but some lamented the traffic. A reviewer named Christopher wrote:

"Lake Brandon shopping center has it all. It has a grocery store (Publix), multiple clothing stores, Jo-Ann Fabrics for all your hobby needs, a Total Wine, and restaurants galore. Ford's Garage has great burgers. I totally recommend eating there. They just built and opened a Chipotle and a Panera."

About Millenia Crossing: This shopping center is around 100,000 square feet and includes retailers like Nordstrom Rack, Party City, and The Vitamin Shoppe. The shopping center is adjacent to the Mall of Millennia in Orlando.

Over 1,200 patrons have reviewed Millenia Crossing and give it 4.6 out of 5 stars. Many note that the shopping center is convenient. A reviewer named Sarah wrote:

"Millennial Crossing offers a great shopping experience with its good variety of stores and ample parking. The convenience of easily finding a parking spot adds to the relaxed atmosphere, making shopping trips hassle-free. Whether you're looking for fashion, electronics, or just a casual browse, there's something for everyone. It's a go-to destination for anyone seeking a variety of shopping options in a comfortable setting."

The Sale Of Both Shopping Centers: Winter Park-based CTO Realty Growth recently bought Millenial Crossing, Lake Brandon Village, and a North Carolina shopping center for $137.5 million.
