to be honest I live in Hall Manor moved to Harrisburg from Philly and when in the shelter system and got my place,,,, I don't see nothing wrong with Hall Manor yes there is violence out here but it's not everyday and there is some good people that live in the Hall.. that's all I want to say

I had an Aunt and Uncle that lived in Hall Manor it was bad when they resided there 10 years ago..I don't forsee it getting better anytime soon 😟
