Floridians could see the lowest gasoline prices in three years for Labor Day.

The AAA auto club says the average of $3.29 a gallon Sunday was the lowest daily average in two months.

The average price was 16 cents lower than a month ago and 45 cents lower than a year ago.

The average price for gas in the state hasn’t been this low before Labor Day 2021, when prices were $3.02 a gallon, AAA said.

The lowest average prices in Northeast Florida can be found in Clay County at $3.21 a gallon, while prices were the highest on average in Nassau County at $3.29 a gallon.
