it's to generate money, don't believe me. the second these cameras stop making money, the contract will be terminated

Yes let's make everyone do 25 mph when the school is 500 yards off the road and kids don't walk to school anymore. Then we can generate revenue by ticketing the people who have to fight the traffic to make it to work on time every day.
