Chop N' Smash Shack Launches August 26th in Holiday

A new food truck, Chop N' Smash Shack, launches today, August 26th at 2715 US-19, Holiday, FL 34691, co-owner Maud Saeed told Business Debut. The address is for the Shell station on the corner of US 19 and Sunray Drive.

The truck will serve New York-style chopped cheese sandwiches, smashed burgers and Philly cheesesteaks. For those looking for lighter fare, açaí bowls will also be available. The truck will round out its offerings with comfort food classics like mac and cheese, including variations like buffalo chicken mac and more.
