    Red Sox to use right-handed reliever as an opener in second game vs. Blue Jays on Monday

    After the Boston Red Sox dropped Game 1 of their doubleheader against the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday, the two teams will meet again Monday night at Fenway Park.

    For the matchup, Boston will send Zack Kelly to the mound while Toronto will counter with Jose Berrios.

    Here's Alex Cora's lineup for Game 2:

    Kelly has been great for Boston for Boston this year in 41 appearances (two starts), posting a 2.74 ERA and a 1.11 WHIP while striking out 52 batters. In his previous two starts this year (both in June) he gave up just one hit and walked two over 4 2/3 innings. Only two Blue Jays have recorded hits against him in his career - Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (1-for-2 with a walk) and George Springer (1-for-1).

    Berrios has been good for Toronto this year in his 26 starts, posting a 3.79 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP while striking out 123 batters. He's given up two or fewer runs in four of his last five outings. Seven Red Sox have recorded hits against him in his career - Wilyer Abreu (1-for-3), Rafael Devers (7-for-33 with two home runs, four RBIs and a walk), Jarren Duran (4-for-11 with two home runs and three RBIs), Tyler O'Neill (1-for-5), Ceddanne Rafaela (1-for-3), Connor Wong (2-for-7) and Masataka Yoshida (6-for-13 with a home run and two RBIs).
