Theo building should be shut down! Is a safety hazard for disable elders living there, they are doing construction work inside the building while the elders are still there m! And you go to each floor and is as filthy as it can get! So disgusting! They have elders living in there! Were is city codes? Who protects the rights of this elders? This monta to abuse of the elders! Keep us post it!
