    if you want to really see the future of automobiles, watch Honda, and Toyota, they will be leading the way...American car companies blundered in to the market like a bull in a China closet and without thought of the future...

    HEY FOLKS...TESLA IS A BTTERY COMPANY NOT A CAR COMPANY!the cars are simply being used to test the batteries for Musks stated goal of going to Mars, the cars just pay for the research and development of the batteries...as soon as he comes up with the best battery he will sell off the tesla car manufacturing business...same with space x, hos excellent satellite program "starlink" (I have 2 set ups...they are Awesome) and since NASA is a useless government agency we pay him to launch all new satellites and will likely rescue the two astronauts stuck in the Boeing "Yugo" orbiter...I am not a huge Musk fan, but he is brilliant, all his research is being paid for by us because if the US government tried it it would be 20 years obehind schedule and trillions over budget...
