Do they take in consideration even it’s on your résumé and the application due to the fact the company is restructuring and laying people off? I was with one company for five years and in 2018 they laid us off. Company I The company I started last September laid off the weekend shift last Friday. My shift is weekdays Monday thru Thursday 10 to 12 hour shift and HR is telling us more layoffs are coming.

No different now than it was 30 years ago. People always blaming the company, when it's really their own incompetence. Sure, are there bad managers out there? Of course. Job hoping, and blaming the other company won't get you anywhere. Suck it up buttercups.
