Why doesn't the city build sidewalks along 288 for access to the homeless center. Byrd said that was up to the state to do. A homeless center needs pedestrian access.

Until motorists slow down and understand that bicyclists have the same right of way as vehicles, the city is wasting money and time. Perhaps the first steps would be to install speed cameras and make downtown Denton a pedestrian/bicycle only hub.
