Next big hurricane will take care of all the overcrowding. Every tree cut down is another 20 gallons of water coming further inland. There will be nothing to absorb the floods. Yeah, keep building and moving there. That’ll fix it.

We don’t anymore new developments because we’re overcrowded. Btw I’m black and I’m saying we don’t want anymore transplants from other states over crowding our beaches. No one is thinking about how us rural folks live. We don’t like living on top of each other, and we also like knowing our neighbors!
