    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • Aug. 19 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Manager wanted a male subject trespassed.

    • Aug. 20 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Cellphone left in vehicle after disagreement.

    • Aug. 20 — FCSO police service, fraud — 4300 block of Riverside Drive, Clemmons. Older woman with dementia gave away her account information.

    • Aug. 20 — Dog bites and attacks — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Animal bite.

    • Aug. 20 — Drug violations — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Cocaine found on female.

    • Aug. 20 — Police service, welfare check — 600 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Individual having mental episode.

    • Aug. 20 — FCSO locate missing person — 100 block of Shallowford Village Court, Lewisville. Located missing person.

    • Aug. 21 — Dog bites and attacks — 2900 block of Parkhurst Drive, Clemmons. Complaint of aggressive animal.

    • Aug. 21 — Dog bites and attacks — 6100 block of Chamberlin Place, Clemmons. Victim was bitten by her dog.

    • Aug. 21 — Police service non-criminal call for service — 2100 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Male reported his son received fraudulent call.

    • Aug. 21 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Injured cat.

    • Aug. 21 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subject getting threatened with false posts.

    • Aug. 22 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole debit card from victim’s wallet while he was asleep.

    • Aug. 22 — Suspicious vehicle — 100 block of Village Point Drive/Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle abandoned at Village Point Lake.

    • Aug. 22 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer made belligerent remarks to store manager.

    • Aug. 23 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered store and took items without paying.

    • Aug. 23 — Breaking and entering with force — 6100 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered the window and taking property.

    • Aug. 23 — Suspicious vehicle — 6800 block of Ashmont Forest Court, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle in area.

    • Aug. 24 — Police service, assist agency — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. By failing to provide sufficient care.

    • Aug. 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 9300 block of Eden Grove Court, Lewisville. Dog bite.

    • Aug. 25 — Police service, assist agency — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reported assault by staff in care facility.

    • Aug. 25 — Police service, open door — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Business alarm with open door.
