Unclaimed Baggage is Alabama's beloved tourist attraction and the only retailer of lost luggage in the United States. Located about 3 hours from Atlanta, this spot is the place to be over Labor Day Weekend!

Unclaimed Baggage reclaims lost luggage from airlines and other travel businesses to resell, repurpose or recycle the contents. It's a great way to get deals on all sorts of items that never made their way home.

Their annual Labor Day Weekend event will be happening August 30-31 and September 2. (It will be closed Sunday, September 1.) During this special event, guests will enjoy fresh fall rollouts and have the opportunity to shop from a unique selection of fall apparel and luxury items.

Additionally, their summer clearance will be 75% off all weekend long, and a big tent will be set up to display an assortment of men's and women's activewear.

The Labor Day Weekend event will feature:

    • Free Lemonade and Pop Corn
    • Kona Shaved Ice Truck
    • Love Luggage Painting Stations – 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Friday-Monday)
    • The Baggage Experience – 12:00 p.m. (Saturday and Monday)
    • Finders Keepers – 1:00 p.m. (Saturday and Monday)
    • 60 Second Show Down – 2:00 p.m. (Saturday and Monday)

The event will take place Friday, August 30 from 9am-8pm, Saturday, August 31 from 8am-8pm, and Monday, September 2 from 9am-8pm.

Love that truck! Last time I was in the Anchorage airport, I remember 1, if not 2 similar displays of suitcases stacked from the floor to the ceiling. I felt sorry for everyone that lost their luggage...
