Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa relied heavily on his receivers to gain yards after the catch last season, as Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle were both top-12 players in that statistic. Tagovailoa finished the season first in the league in passing yards, but he was only the QB9 in the Fantasy football QB rankings. He rarely runs the ball, which limits his overall 2024 Fantasy football projections. Will Tagovailoa duplicate that success this season or will he be among the top 2024 Fantasy football busts?

Top 2024 Fantasy football deep sleepers and breakouts
One of the 2024 Fantasy football breakouts Gibbs is predicting: Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba. He had a respectable rookie campaign in 2023, finishing with 63 receptions for 628 yards and four touchdowns.
Smith-Njigba averaged 10.0 yards per reception, but he should benefit from the Seahawks signing new play-caller Ryan Grubb this offseason. That's because Grubb has dialed up at least 170 targets to his slot receivers in each of his past three years. The 2023 first-round pick could make a serious push to overtake Tyler Lockett for the No. 2 receiver role in Seattle's offense, meaning Fantasy owners can expect a heavier workload for Smith-Njigba in 2024.
Another 2024 Fantasy football deep sleeper Gibbs has identified in his 2024 Top 150 PPR rankings: Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch. Dortch was effective for Fantasy owners down the stretch last season, finishing with at least 11 PPR points in four of his final seven games. Over his past two seasons in Arizona, Dortch has accounted for 76 catches for 747 yards and four touchdowns in 32 regular-season games during that stretch.
He's expected to be involved in an Arizona offense that also features Kyler Murray, Marvin Harrison Jr. and James Conner. Harrison Jr. is expected to draw a lot of double teams this season, leaving more opportunities for Dortch to produce for Fantasy owners. In addition to his upcoming role on offense, Dortch is also expected to be a part of the return mix, boasting career averages of 21.0 yards on 37 kick returns and 8.0 yards on 62 punt returns.
