I’ve been on compounded HRT for 8 yrs and at 59 I feel exactly like I did in my 30s. I work in women’s imaging and I still see a lot of very unhappy meno women who were denied HRT or talked out of it, usually by male drs. All meno women should be offered HRT if they want it but I feel most drs don’t know how to prescribe it and rely on big pharma pills and patches which for many women don’t work bc the dose isn’t high enough or it’s made from horse estrogen which is very bad.

Dang. Idk why but after a year of bio identical hrt, I got cluster cysts in my chest. Mammogram picked that up. Also made my personality change for the year. It’s definitely Not for me. But I know it helps some people too.
