so why were they celebrating that they have settled just in time for 1 yr anniversary of the tragic displacement and a damaged county that will take yrs to rebuild maybe decades

There are seven defendants and that is $4 billion divided by the seven of them it would not put any of them out of business and they should give it to the victims, the insurance company should just shut their mouth. The insurance company only paid them for their material items. The 4 billion would cover the emotional and everything else.
