    This is not even close to racism. It's ridiculous. Just kids at a fast-food place. This guy should be ashamed of himself.

    It was devastating? Set him back years? I think if this is the worst thing that happens to him in his life, he will have a pretty easy life. They get my name wrong all the time. Here are 3 scenarios- 1. Marquis is not a common name, and they misunderstood. Be more understanding. 2. The person is an ignorant racist. Report it to the management, not the news media. 3. This could be a pathetic Jesse Smollett- type hoax where he actually said his name was Monkey so he could fabricate racism and get attention. Get a life. I guess next time they say “Sorry for your wait,” I should tell the media they were fat-shaming me.
