interesting, I take travelers insurance thru them, only $140, covers a lot of those things, but sounds like they could have been a little more caring, I have been on 10 of their cruises, I fell on an excursion (they checked me out right away and called me during the cruise to see if I was all right), they are the biggest cruise line, they are not libel for what happened but caring would have been a good thing for them to do.

in my opinion the passengers are wrong if they feel they should've gotten the wheel chair free, why? when nothing else is free on the ship. Everyone knows if you have a medical emergency on the ship, the cost will be out the wazoo, so hopefully, you don't have one.
