The purpose of judges IS to determine if legislation is constitutional. Gender affirming care is not related to reproductive care. If a woman has her womb removed and her vagina turned into a penis she will be sterile. So she wants one amendment for abortion. One amendment for birth control. One amendment for sterilization. Wow I did not know a woman’s right to get her tubes tied or take birth control was under attack by MO legislatures.
