Lee Corso Nailed Every Single ‘College GameDay’ Pick On Saturday

The guy who's been around for nearly nine decades might know a thing or two about college football.

Saturday's Week 1 episode of ESPN "College GameDay" was one for the books, featuring Desmond Howard, Nick Saban, Kirk Herbstreit, Pat McAfee and Corso all at the desk together for the first time. However, it was Corso who stole the show with his acumen.

Corso and the crew picked winners in nine total games this weekend, including seven on Saturday. Amazingly, Lee Corso hit all seven of his picks and has a good shot to make it 9-for-9 on Sunday and Monday. Here were the nine teams he picked, the first seven Saturday:

Notre Dame, Georgia, Miami, Penn State, Oklahoma State, Vanderbilt, Boise State, Florida State, LSU.

Not only did Corso hit every pick correctly, he was also the only "GameDay" member to pick Vanderbilt to beat Virginia Tech and Notre Dame to beat Texas A&M.

His pick for the Irish was surprising since he originally said that Notre Dame "doesn't have a chance" earlier in the show. However, he came out dressed as a leprechaun to make his official pick for ND on the show.

When it comes to making predictions, the legendary former coach still has his fastball.
