I always live when it's a huge bank, it "Accidently" made a huge withdrawal from someone account. Never is it intentional. Never did anyone click on any buttons on a computer to move these funds. It's magic when a computer does this LMAO. If every instance of this was dealt with by a huge fine and a large credit to those individuals accounts, heads would roll and damages could be forced upon those institutions, as should be. These "Magical" withdrawals would practically dry up on day one of such laws!!!
