what a peace of shit cop the guy was getting locked up the suv was at his home why have it towed..the man payed the price and got locked up..I really don't think the cop had any right to take the suv once it was at the house..the suv is property and the only reason to have it towed is to get it out of the way of the public ..but after being at his home it is no longer in the way so the towing is un nessasery.. I think the person could get the cop for theft..and because it could have Ben locked the cop would have needed a warent at that point to enter the suv to have it towed..the person broke the law not the suv once home it becomes like a house the cop can not enter with out a warent or the guys permishen ..this should be looked in to by a aterny..I think the cop really fucked up takeing the suv once it was on his property ..t
