I've been in Stockton for 20 yrs..I should have done research on this town. It's sad. The same old folks in key positions to run this town and what's accomplished? Nothing. I have went downtown to volunteer..they don't need volunteers..the last time was instructed to that old Chase bldg downtown...lol. I'm 70 a retired State employee..I vote both parties and my mind is open. Folks don't people to see what's really going on. Johnson said she couldn't do anything Silva was just there..said the 5 families stopped him Tubbs a community leader...you know he grew up on welfare teen Mom Father in prison and he's from the Southside.. sounds Ike Jason Lee. I've run into Lincoln and he smiles. I came in 2004..home built on Holman and Morada..Steve was rep for district 1..every other rep sucked. I feel like I'm in the hood...it's scary.

Exactly why in the hell do kids walking to school need portable bathrooms ?? They just left home for school. Sounds like a waste of money.
