u felt uncomfortable in the moment, you made it an issue right thrn and there, you slide over.....and he tried to get closer....where is the part you stand up in his face and either smack him or punch him and call the police and hold him accountable!? ppl need to that! bc this isn't soemthing to laugh about or keep to yourself for x amount of years and then years from now say u was uncomfortable and try and seek money and hold that person accountable.
