No... Chihuahuas are not good to be around Children...There is maybe a few that are...My Baby was born and I had a long haired Chihuahua... She Loved my Son as one of Her own...I taught my Son to be loving and caring to my Lil Chihuahua... They Loved one another so much... My Son was sitting in the truck with Her and I had parked right in front of my convenience store and I seen this man walk up and started talking to my Son.. Just as I walked out he put his hand in the truck and touched my Son's arm ... She tore into his hand and brought blood ...He said your dog bit me and I said stick your hand in there again and I will whoop up and down on your A$$...I said start walking now...I never seen him again...Me and my Son Loved on Sugar and rewarded her for what she did... That was in 1982...
