    It's terrible !!! People that work at housing are no help either they don't want to do their job. People are in situations and there is only a lotted amount of time that people can put in for housing no guarantees. This is the most ridiculous set up. Telling people they need to pay full rent somewhere till there is an opening. People in need call for a reason, they can't pay full rent.

    it would be a lot easier if background checks were made only by the government, Housing in Connecticut being a small state, land is expensive, rent is expensive, either way the banks, government, and politics cause more homelessness than drugs and poverty.
