Population 10,000 with a tourist population of 3 times that…. It will take you about 30-40 min just to get through the main ‘strip’, good luck finding any place to park, they also charge to park now. If you like hippie things and are all about vortices then it’s your vibe for sure, otherwise it’s a high priced tourist trapIt’s all tourist with no more small town vibe at all
