Selena Gomez flashes ring while holding hands with Benny Blanco amid engagement rumors

Selena Gomez looked loved-up as she held hands with rumored fiancé Benny Blanco - and flashed a ring on her finger.

The Only Murders in the Building star looked besotted as she cosied up to her beau. Selena looked sensational in a white sleeveless top, and matching floaty bottoms.

Benny looked casual in his get-up and added a splash of colour in his green top. They looked buzzing after enjoying a meal at Malibu Chili Cook Off, and as they left Selena was pictured with a ring on her finger - albeit not her fourth finger.

Just last month, Selena kicked off speculation that she is engaged to her boyfriend Benny after posting a cryptic social media post.

The 32 year old star, who had previously dated Justin Bieber , took to Instagram earlier this week and posted a mirror selfie with Benny in the background. And while this is not the first time the star has documented her relationship, it was the fact she covered her ring finger with pink heart emojis.

One fan said: "I think Selena Gomez just got engaged bc why is she covering her left hand on her latest IG story?" Another said: "that’s prob her engaged [sic] ring." But this isn't the first time the couple have been the subject of engagement rumors since they went public with their relationship, back in December last year.

Instagram account Deuxmoi revealed that an insider claimed an "A-list actress and semi-retired singer" were engaged. The post, which was then taken up by a Reddit forum said: "This A-list actress/semi-retired got engaged over the weekend to her boyfriend of a year. [They were] surrounded by friends at their usual beach hangout."

And many assumed the post was linked to Selena and Benny. One fan wrote: "I hope this is true!" Another added: "They seem great together." Meanwhile a third person said on the forum that Selena "looks really happy" and Benny seems to "be on the same page" as her.

Rumours of their relationship started to circulate in November last year and Selena confirmed the news the following month. She wrote on Instagram: "He is my absolute everything in my heart. He’s still better than anyone I’ve ever been with. Facts."

Earlier this year, costume designer Dana Covarrubias, for Only Murders in the Building, told The Sun, Selena and Benny are "so in love". Asked whether an engagement could be on the cards, she said: "I don't know. I don't know. I hope so. I hope so. They seem so happy and in love, so fingers crossed."
