    I would not say this is second degree murder, more like manslaughter or neglect homicide. It wasn’t like he shot her. But his action caused her death. Prayers to the family

    A lot of people are very careless with their guns. They do not think about the danger of leaving a loaded handgun just lying around. People will leave their guns on living room tables, kitchen tables, on kitchen countertops, on dressers and nightstands in a bedroom, etc, with no regard of the devastating consequences that might result from their carelessness. 😡 Rest in paradise, baby girl. ✝️
