before you all place judgement, maybe you should know the facts. first it's not two men, Jamie is a woman, she had a bb gun and she shot it into the air,so hopefully the noise would get the attention of a dog that was just standing in the road,because the reporting party was trying to hit the dog. she very much an animal lover. shouldn't judge ppl till you hear both sides
