    8/23/24 11:31 a.m. A caller said the sprinklers had been on at Douglas Park since 7 a.m. and they were worried about the park flooding.

    8/23/24 1:38 p.m. Someone reported another person driving erratically and said they did not know if they were drunk or just elderly. The officer learned the driver was on their phone.

    8/24/24 4:46 a.m. A resident said they heard two people screaming at each other.
