    Coach: Paul Slover

2023 results: 3-1-1 (2nd) in the TRL; semifinals of the Class 6A state playoffs

2024 team: Senior goalkeeper Matt Sievert; senior goalkeeper Jude Brandt; junior midfielder Conor Lyons; junior forward Pete Dolloff, Forward; sophomore midfielder Caleb Dempsey; sophomore defender/forward Brody Smith; senior midfielder and team captain Bryson Quintero (a first-team all-TRL pick in 2023); senior forward/defender Jack Berner; senior forward Dongli Dai; junior defender Jayden Pierce Wilkinson; sophomore defender Riley Kilian; senior defender Kasen Shi; sophomore forward Evan Lincoln; senior defender/midfielder/forward Nash Cain; junior midfielder Broden Loprinzi; senior defender/midfielder and team captain Luke Lidington (a second-team pick); senior Noah Ha; senior Mason Klein; senior Kiran Cosgrove.

Team leaders: Luke Lidington, Bryson Quintero and Conor Lyons are expected to use their intelligence and skill to forge another playoff season in 2024.

“Bryson is a very cerebral player on the field. (He) is a gamer that leads by example and is the type of player that plays big in big games,” said Lake Oswego’s first-year coach Paul Slover; Slover, who assisted longtime former coach Fraser Morrison, previously led Lakeridge to a state championship in 2004. “Luke enjoys playing a physically intelligent type of game. (He) is the vocal leader of the team and also leads by example. Luke is tireless and will not stop, (and) Conor is the reserved leader and rounds Bryson and Luke off. (He) is a calm consistent presence on and off the field.”

2024 outlook: “We expect to be very competitive in one of the state's top leagues,” Slover said. “We have a great deal of work ahead of us. Our goal is to have a team that is on the same page, well organized and enjoys playing together.”

2024 TRL contenders: Lakeridge and West Linn

“I think (2023 state champion) Lakeridge and West Linn will be top contenders,” Slover said. “Lakeridge has a great deal going for them - good players and a great coach. West Linn has a very good team that is more mature going into this new season and they, too, are well coached.”
