overcrowded prison cause problems with the inmate and staff because it's not enough Corrections Officers to handle overcrowded prison and the ones that don't have hard cases of criminal act against them they could be home monitoring them through the parole system system I think that would be a good idea Governor Jeff Landry that would be a good thing to consider and that'll cut down on overpopulation prisoners
