(KSWO) - Good Wednesday morning! The system that brought rain to Texoma yesterday will move east today. As a result isolated light rain showers will continue over the next several hours. Additional rainfall amounts will be light, only a few hundredths of an inch or so. As the disturbances moves away so will some of the clouds. Look for mostly sunny skies later on with highs in the mid 80s. Southeast wind at 5 to 15mph.A few clouds overnight with temperatures falling into the mid 60s by daybreak tomorrow. Thursday will see a mix of sun and clouds with highs near average for early September standards. A cold front will push southward starting Thursday night. It looks to clear our DMA by Friday morning. This front will have enough force to spark a few showers and thunderstorms. Widespread rain is not anticipated and neither is severe weather. Despite the front highs will remain in the low 90s for Friday afternoon under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. The slightly cooler airmass will keep temperatures near to below average this weekend.
