the person got scared and wanted to get rid of it so they dropped it so they wouldn't get caught with it someone else found it and reported it .So yea guns don't need to be in it around children but in today's lifetime it's STUPID not to have a Gun on you cuz today's criminals are winning especially in Chicago and in all blue States CRIMINALS ARE WINNING THINK ABOUT IT BLUE VOTERS ...
