    but o think the important things now parents and teachers who have special needs children have to go through a longer process and that's time it takes to get materials that are needed could be delayed and a lot of special needs children might be able to retain what they have learn and what happens if materials or special education advocates are approve right away I beleave all children should have what they nerd and not hive to wait until someone in this new so called streamlined decide it is just plain wrong amd if your have child with special needs you would definitely concerned how things are going to be handled now
