Kin Shriner leaves General Hospital fans perplexed about his status yet again

Virginia General Hospital fan Kin Shriner has done it again for a fourth time. In social media posts, he gives his followers the impression that Scott Baldwin is done in Port Charles, only for him to return a few months later.

Soaps She Knows revealed in July that Shriner had foot surgery and implied he would be back. Soaps in Depth recently reported that the actor once again says there are no plans to bring Scott back to Port Charles.
