A new restaurant is coming to Middleburg Heights, Ohio

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH - A new restaurant is coming to Middleburg Towne Square.

Are you a fan of Mexican food? If the answer is yes, you might want to know about the upcoming restaurant Flaming Blue Margaritas, which is located in Middleburg Heights at 18336 Bagley Rd (where Two Bucks used to be). According to the restaurant's social media account, Flaming Blue Margaritas is coming soon.

The restaurant's menu will include starters like street corn, chips & salsa, queso, homemade guacamole, jalapeños norteños (which are jalapenos filled with chorizo and cream cheese, and wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon), quesadilla sampler (which comes with one steak quesadilla, one chicken quesadilla, and sour cream), tuna ceviche, and more.

Furthermore, Flaming Blue will offer a variety of tacos (check out the chicken chipotle tacos, which come with grilled chicken, chipotle spices, red cabbage, pico de gallo, and chipotle sauce) and burritos (check out the quesabirria burrito, which is filled with beef brisket that is slow-cooked with smoky chilies, refried beans, Mexican rice, melted cheese, cilantro, and onions). The menu also includes dishes like the Molcajete (which comes with carne asada, chicken breast, shrimp, homemade chorizo, pineapple, poblanos, salsa verde, and grilled cheese plus refried beans, Mexican rice, and tortillas), Ohio steak (which is a ribeye topped with grilled shrimp, onions, and mushrooms, all of which are covered by a layer of melted cheese), seafood chimichangas (which are filled with grilled shrimp, octopus, and scallops, and covered with melted queso and red salsa), fish & chips, and more.

If you're looking for vegetarian options, the restaurant will offer veggie bowls (which are filled with greens, black beans, avocado, cilantro white rice, pico, and sour cream), veggie fajitas, and veggie burrito gigante, which is a queso-smothered burrito stuffed with black beans, cilantro rice, and vegetables.

If you want something to drink, the restaurant will, of course, offer margaritas. Check out margaritas like the Flaming Blue Margarita (which is a classic lime margarita with blue curaçao), watermelon habanero, key lime, spicy cilantro, and more. In addition to margaritas, the restaurant will serve mojitos, wines, red sangria, palomas, Cosmos, sidecars, and more. If you're looking for something non-alcoholic, the restaurant will have soft drinks, iced tea, horchata, and Jamaica flavored water.
